Each piece of music was inspired by the personality of a rose. I have spent many hours relaxing in the beautiful Portland Rose Gardens in Washington Park. The Rose Gardens have hundreds of varieties of roses to experience. The best time to visit is mid-June through early fall. It is one of Portland, Oregon's remarkable treasures.
