Your receipt is your ticket. Please be sure to print your confirmation email and bring it to the shows.
1. Refund Policies
To receive a refund for a canceled show, contact us by telephone at 503-255-0747, or by e-mail at mah@teleport.com within three days of the first day of the event. Postponed shows will not be refunded and you will be notified of the new date and time immediately. Refunds are available for an event being canceled on a case-by-case basis.
2. If you see that the show you want is Sold Out!
Call 503-255-0747 and we'll try to get you in. We also usually have a few seats available at the door for every show because of no-shows and guest list changes.
