Based on the original story that premiered in 1947 starring Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed. This classic story tells of an angel sent down from Heaven to help a desperately frustrated businessman by showing him what life would have been like if he had never existed. George Bailey's problems rise to a point of dire crisis. He is thinking about ending it all - and it's Christmas! As the angels discuss George, we see his life in flashback. As George is about to jump from a bridge, he ends up rescuing his guardian angel, Clarence - who then shows George what his town would have looked like if it hadn't been for all his good deeds over the years. The arc of the story is really about how we all have an important part in our community and how each person effects the beauty of being connected to one another.
